Hi, I'm using ofxThreadedImageLoader addon. And it is calling startThread() in its constructor so the thread always runs in the background until the class gets destroyed.
I'm currently trying to create a new class that can copy/rename/remove directory on a different thread. And I wonder if it is okay (CPU-wise) to make the thread always run in the background just like how ofxThreadedImageLoader addon was designed.
Thanks.
PS. Is there any good example that deals with threaded ofDirectory/ofFile?
