ofxUST — How to get multiple scan lines of an object as single blob?

I am currently using ofxUST to interface with Hokuyo UST-10LX. This lidar model has 270° coverage with 0.25° resolution.

I am wondering since an object might span across several scan lines, may I know can I group them together to generate a single blob?
