How to handle ofURLFileLoader: handleRequest(): Connection refused

For now I am using ofRemoveAllURLRequests() and ofStopURLLoader() in the handler to stop it. However, I would rather cancel only the failing request. Perhaps the request should not be retried and this is a bug in ofURLFileLoader, if so I can try to make a patch.
