Should I be deducting the slitscan signal from a similar one from the none evm'd original images? This might further highlight the regions in the image where change has occurred?
Is there away to use CV to recognise the wavy contours by looking at regions in the image with a high derivative across x (i.e. detect the lines along y present in the slit scan)?
